OUR PURPOSE
 
The purpose of the church is to be balanced and to stay ‘Healthy’ based on the five purposes given in two statements by Jesus in the Great Commandment found in Matthew 22:37-40 that says, “You shall love the LORD your God with all your heart with all your soul, and with all your mind (WORSHIP), 38 This is the first and great commandment. 39 And the second is like it: ‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself (MINISTRY).’ 40 On these two commandments hang all the Law and the Prophets.”
 
The second statement is the Great Commission in Matthew 28:19-20 that says, 19 Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations (EVANGELISM), baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit (FELLOWSHIP), 20 teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you (DISCIPLESHIP); and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” Amen.
